£400k Residential Investment Deal

This week our case study features a portfolio of four residential investment properties in the Greater Belfast area.  Our borrower is an experienced property investor and his business model is to acquire additional residential properties at short notice.

Our ability to provide an early indication of lending parameters, combined with speed of credit approval and due diligence process, ensures the success of the borrower’s business model once target properties have been identified.

We are also mindful that it is difficult to arrange simultaneous completions on four residential properties with different vendors, so our facility also allows the flexibility of a phased drawdown as security completes.

The properties are all well located and at 60% loan to value, they will be a viable refinance prospect onto a traditional buy-to-let product at the end of our twelve-month term, with the benefit of established tenants.
